Kis-Kis apartments is a stunning 5 acres estate, with olive trees and gardens, offering unique views and calmness. One of the highlights of Kis-Kis apartments is the direct access to the beautiful beach with blue clean water. We are a family-run business, and have been welcoming guests from all over the world for over 30 years.

Kis-Kis offers 6 apartments, each of them designed and styled in a unique way. They can accommodate two persons or a larger family.
Three of the apartments are on the 1st floor and the other three on the 2nd floor, all of them with access to a terrace. We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Kis-Kis apartments is located 12 km outside of Neos Marmaras.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer. Restaurants with excellent food, beaches, nature, villages in the mountains. Our staff is always available to help with any questions and make your experience unique.
